Precast concrete is produced by pouring wet concrete in a reusable mold or “form” which is cured in a controlled environment. The cured mold goes through rigorous quality assurance testing before they are ready to be deployed to the construction site. Constructo retaining breast walls are designed to hold back soil and other materials from collapsing. They are easy to install and particularly important for elevated terrains. The panels interlock or fit into each other creating one continuous barrier without the need for additional mortar.
Vertical reinforced concrete precast are excellent for carrying the loads of high-rise structures. A construction project consisting entirely of precast may incorporate ledges or corbels with columns to support the floor members or precast beams.
Water flow on roads can be effectively managed using lined drains. They come in handy for industrial drainage and stormwater drainage. Constructo has the technical know-how to engineer different types of lined drains including U-Drains, V-Drains, and Trench Drains.
Precast box culverts are one of the biggest innovations in road construction. The large rectangular or square-shaped concrete structure allows water to freely flow underneath roads thereby preserving the structural integrity of the roads. We craft box culverts to millimeter perfection.
